What Friends Are For

A group of local artists came together in the spirit of creative camaraderie to present What Friends Are For, a three-day, multimedia exhibition that explores how friends influence each other’s everyday lives. Curated by local artist collective Artona, this experience will feature works through film, painting & photography. Please join us for screenings, live music, and radio broadcasts .

February 2nd | Opening Reception, 6-9p: Meet the artists and get to know the
stories behind their works.
 

February 3rd | Screenings + Sounds, 6-10p: A night of screenings in conversation, with works by Kyle Keese, Mike Elijah Rodriguez, and Rachel Trudden. following will be a live performance by Roya.
 

February 4th | Radio + Closing, 2-3pm // 6-9p: The final day of the exhibition will begin with a daytime broadcast on 8-Ball Radio during which artists discuss project themes. Closing night will celebrate the idea that with great friends anything is possible.

A portion of this exhibition’s proceeds will be donated to the Dylan Rieder Foundation to help fund cancer research.
